The Helix bridge is a new tourist location in Singapore, in the Marina area. The Helix bridge is a pedestrian bridge that connects the Marina Central with Marina South in the Marina Bay area of Singapore. There is a vehicular bridge right next to the Helix Bridge called the Bayfront Bridge. The bridge has an interesting structure, supposed to be made like a double-helix structure. The bridge is lit at night and provides a very interesting view. On the bridge itself, there are viewing platforms that provide a great view of the Singapore skyline. The bridge has a total length of 280 meteres, with a total weight of 1700 tonnes.
